Classic step arerobics; creative choreography and toning are presented in this 60 minute class! Come have
some fun using the step-modifications to accommodate every level of step enthusiast!

STRENGTH & CORE
Mondays & Wednesdays 5:15am-6:00am
Mondays 7:45am-8:30am
Increase your strength and tone your abs in this calorie burning class!

BOOT CAMP
Wednesday & Friday 8:00am - 9:00/9:15am
Class involves running drills, jump rope, outside exercises, push ups and more! Outside weather permitting.

CARDIO INTERVAL
Friday 8:30am-9:15am
Work the entire body as you shape and tone muscles, improve fitness and gain all over body strength.

SILVER SNEAKERS STRETCH/YOGA
Tuesday & Thursday
10:15am-11 am
This class strives to balance strength, flexibility, and relaxatic. Chairs are used for support and safety. You do not need to be a Silver Sneaker to attend. Open to all.

Tuesday 8am-8:45am & Tuesday 5:30pm-6:15pm Join us for this special focus class just for your lower body. We will strengthen & tone. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
WORK IT, CIRCUIT Thursdays 8am-8:45am Join us for 45 minutes of calorie burning circuit work! Works every muscle group in your body and is perfect for all fitness levels.

GROUP TOTAL CONDITIONING TUESDAY & THURSDAY8:30AM Feel as though you have a personal trainer, but be a part of a small group setting at a fraction of the cost! Only 10 per class. $$ This is a specialty class, so there is an additional charge. Sign up at the front desk.

BASIC BARRE
Monday & Wednesday 9:15am-10am
Combination of Yoga, Pilates and strength. No cardio -- get lean and strong.

YOGA - free for members, $10 per class for non members Monday, Wed. Friday 10:15am -11:30am Tuesday 7pm-8pm

STEP 30 Wednesday 8:30-9:15am 30 minutes of basic step followed by toning! Class for all levels.

Cardio and strength is what you will get in this hour of power class!
AEROBICS 101 MONDAY 8:30am-9:15am
An introduction to aerobics to bring you back to the basics with cardio and weights. All fitness levels welcome.
FUSION Thursday 7:00PM-7:45PM Join us for a high intensity, high energy, choreographed cardia fitness class that is influenced by international music styles and moves that engage the core muscles and burn a ton of calories!
