Adults 13+ Class Schedule
Enjoy a class of high and low intensity moves -- small amounts of cardio and strengthening moves.
TOTAL BODY STATIONS
Strengthen the total body with this class filled with fun cardio and strength stations!
POUND Tuesday & Thursday 9am Thursday 7pm
Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting lose, getting energized, toning up and rocking out! This workout is easily modifiable and appeals to men and woman of all ages and abilities. $$ This is specialty class, so there is an additional cost.
Monday & Wednesday 9:15am-10am
Combination of Yoga, Pilates and strength. No cardio -- get lean and strong.
ECC CYCLING $$

YOGA Monday, Wed. Friday 10:15am -11:30am Tuesday 7pm-8pm
A regular Yoga practice will help transform the mind, body and spirit. Enhance your balance, strength and flexibility.
STEP 30 Wednesday 8:45-9:15am 30 minutes of basic step and toning! Class for all levels.
Cardio and strength is what you will get in this hour of power class!
ZUMBA Tuesday 6-6:45pm Friday 8-8:45am
Dance away calories in this fun class for all fitness levels! $$ This is a specialty class, so there is an additional fee.
AEROBICS 101 MONDAY 8:30am-9:15am
An introduction to aerobics to bring you back to the basics with cardio and weights. All fitness levels welcome.
