Adults 13+ Class Schedule
Tuesday 8am-8:45am Join us for this special focus class just for your lower body. We will strengthen & tone. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Monday & Wednesday 9:15am-10am
Combination of Yoga, Pilates and strength. No cardio -- get lean and strong.

YOGA - free for members, $10 per class for non members Monday, Wed. Friday 10:15am -11:30am Tuesday 7pm-8pm
A regular Yoga practice will help transform the mind, body and spirit. Enhance your balance, strength and flexibility.
STEP 30 Wednesday 8:30-9:15am 30 minutes of basic step followed by toning! Class for all levels.
Cardio and strength is what you will get in this hour of power class!
AEROBICS 101 MONDAY 8:30am-9:15am
An introduction to aerobics to bring you back to the basics with cardio and weights. All fitness levels welcome.
FUSION Thursday 7:00PM-7:45PM Join us for a high intensity, high energy, choreographed cardia fitness class that is influenced by international music styles and moves that engage the core muscles and burn a ton of calories!
