SILVER SNEAKERS STRETCH/YOGA Tuesday & Thursday 10:15am-11 am This class strives to balance strength, flexibility, and relaxatic. Chairs are used for support and safety. You do not need to be a Silver Sneaker to attend. Open to all.

Strengthen the total body with this class filled with fun cardio and strength stations!

 POUND                            Tuesday & Thursday 9am   Thursday 7pm

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting lose, getting energized, toning up and rocking out! This workout is easily modifiable and appeals to men and woman of all ages and abilities.             $$  This is specialty class, so there is an additional cost.

 

GROUP TOTAL CONDITIONING          TUESDAY & THURSDAY8:30AM       Feel as though you have a personal trainer, but be a part of a small group setting at a fraction of the cost! Only 10 per class.  $$ This is a specialty class, so there is an additional charge. Sign up at the front desk.

BASIC BARRE

Combination of Yoga, Pilates and strength. No cardio -- get lean and strong.

AEROBICS 101                        MONDAY 8:30am-9:15am

An introduction to aerobics to bring you back to the basics with cardio and weights.  All fitness levels welcome.

TOTAL MUSCLE CONDITIONING     Thursday 5:45pm-6:30pm            Build strength, add definition, and decrease body fat by increasing lean muscle.  Use a variety of moves and weight to change your body!
