YOGA
For all ability levels: enhances mind and body awareness.  We recommend participants bring their own mat and please bring a thick blanket or thick beach towel.  Come and Relax!!!   Class Free to ECC-Members----$10 for non-members per class
TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS  6:45-8:15pm 
 
AM YOGA MIX
Combines toning and stretching while using the Yoga Balls.  Decrease stress and stretch your muscles.  This class is for any level.
MONDAYS  & WEDNESDAYS  10:45am--11:30am
 
 AM STRETCH
Start your day off with a morning stretch.  Muscles will be stretched and strengthened through a full range of motion.  Class is for any fitness level.
TUESDAYS  10:00-10:30am
 
PM STRETCH
This class strives to balance strength, flexibility, endurance and relaxation.  Muscles are stretched and strengthened through a full range of movement.  Improve circulation, decrease stress and leave refreshed!
