ADULTS 13 and over:

9:30-10:30am
Basic Workout:
A 50-minute beginner to intermediate level cardio class incorporating high and low cardio and toning. Mostly low impact moves and every class will have a strength segment included.

20/20 WORKOUT
20 minutes of AB work followed by 20 minutes of leg work!  This class will use a variety of equipment and exercises to tone your tummy and lower body!!!

CARDIO Boot Camp:
Are you ready for an adventure? This 60-minute class is NOT for the new exerciser! Come find out what your body can do! Must be able to run 1-2 miles.  Involves running drills, push-ups, upper & lower body drills, jump rope and much more!!  We may be outside-weather permitting.

STRENGTH CIRCUIT
Work the entire body as you shape and tone muscles,improve fitness and gain all over body strength.  Class is filled with intervals of strength and  LOW INTENSITY cardio---NO BOUNCING--NO RUNNING!  Get lean with this total body conditioning class!!

AM & PM STRETCH:
This class strives to balance strength, flexibility, endurance and relaxation.  Muscles are stretched & strengthened through a full range of movement.  Improve circulation, decrease stress & leave refreshed!!

CARDIO VARIETY
A multi-versatile class that uses a variety of activities---high intensity but LOW impact--and props to give you a great, full body workout. This class is more of a challenge then BASIC WORKOUT, but not as tough as BOOT CAMP!!

Step Combo:
Classic step aerobics; creative choreography and toning are presented in this 60 minute class!!  Come have some fun using a step--modifications to accommodate every level of step enthusiasts!!

Extreme Saturdays:
A 75 minute, high intensity,cardio and core strength workout for the intermediate to advanced participant.

Strength, Core & Stretch
This class is designed to increase both strength and flexibility by combining strength training, core and flexibility work.  Class will begin with a warm up.  This is NOT a cardio class.

For all ability levels; enhances mind and body awareness.  We recommend you bring your own mat and please bring a thick
blanket or thick beach towel.  Come and Relax!!!

PEAK PERFOMANCE (formally Ultimate Strength)  Are you ready to push yourself to the peak?  Then this class is for you!! Join us and change your body!Personal training at a fraction of the cost!!  Class is limited to 10 participants, so be sure to sign up today! Classes begin October 10, 2011  $50 per session for ECC Members, $75 for non-members

ZUMBA
This class is a great way to have fun and get in shape at the same time!  This is a paid class, so be sure to stop by ECC and sign up before the class is full!

Combines toning and stretching while using the Yoga balls, Yoga and Pilates moves.  Decrease stress and stretch your muscles.  This class is for any level.

Walk-n-Tone:
Have fun and walk your way to fitness! Upper and lower body toning exercises using light weights, tubes and bands.
